Who we are
Relva is a golf club management platform developed by Cluster Systems, in Montréal. The person in charge of the protection of personal information answers at [email protected].
What this site collects
This site has no account and sets no audience measurement or advertising cookie; it loads no third-party tracking tool. To display the pages and protect the site against abuse, our servers, hosted in Canada (Montréal), and our delivery network, Cloudflare, process your IP address and your browser’s technical information. The demo form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person sends it. Cloudflare may set a cookie strictly needed for that protection. Cloudflare’s network is worldwide: this processing may take place outside Canada. We use none of it to identify you or to build a profile of you.
If you ask for a demo
The demo form collects your club’s name, its province, its number of holes, your current software, your name, your email, your phone if you give it, your message and the consents you tick. We use them only to answer you and set up a demo. They are kept in our database in Canada (Montréal). A copy is sent by email to our team, whose email is handled by Google Workspace, and your acknowledgement is sent through SendGrid; both services may process messages outside Canada. We never sell or rent your information, and we delete it no later than 24 months after our last exchange. You can also write to us at [email protected].
Your rights
You can ask to access your information, to correct it or to delete it, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can turn to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page, with its date.
